Giants Media is a full-service digital agency dedicated to delivering high-quality design, development, and branding solutions. This policy outlines how we operate and what our clients should expect when engaging with our services.

1. Project Initiation & Deposits:
All projects require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total quoted amount before work begins. This deposit secures your project in our workflow and covers initial consultation, planning, and design preparation. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of project status or client decision to cancel.

2. Purpose of the Deposit:
Deposits demonstrate the client’s commitment to the project and enable Giants Media to allocate necessary resources. They also compensate for time spent in early project planning, design drafts, and communications — which are not recoverable once initiated.

3. Payment Terms:
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and must be paid before the final deliverables (files, website access, designs, etc.) are released. Larger projects may qualify for milestone-based payment plans upon agreement.

4. Refund Policy:
As a rule, deposits and partial payments are non-refundable. In rare and exceptional cases, where no meaningful work has been completed and with mutual agreement, a partial refund may be considered. However, once design or development has started, no refund will be issued.

5. Project Timeline:
Project durations vary depending on the complexity and scope. Clients will be given an estimated timeline before the project begins. Timely provision of content and feedback from the client is essential for meeting deadlines. Delays in response or materials may extend the timeline.

6. Revisions:
Each project includes a limited number of revision rounds (typically 2–3) as stated in the agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges. All revisions must be requested within the active project period.

7. Project Cancellation:
If a project is canceled by the client after commencement, the deposit remains non-refundable. If additional work has been completed, the client may be responsible for covering the cost of that work beyond the initial deposit. Cancellations should be communicated in writing.

8. Ownership and Rights:
Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to use the final deliverables. Giants Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Source files (e.g., PSD, AI) are not included unless specified in the contract and may be subject to an additional fee.

9. Client Responsibilities:
Clients must provide all required content, images, and information necessary to begin the project. Any delays in content provision or approval of designs will impact the overall delivery time. Giants Media is not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or missing inputs from the client side.

10. Communication:
All official communication should be via email at info@giantsmedia.com. Project-related meetings or feedback will be documented and agreed upon through written confirmation to avoid misunderstandings.

11. Limitation of Liability:
While we strive to deliver the best results, Giants Media cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, traffic, or rankings. Our role is to design, develop, and deliver your digital solutions to a professional standard.
